Booking Confirmation
Dear Guest, Thanks for booking our Homestay. We hope you enjoy the stay. Please fill our online check-in form sent with all the data requested. 

Homestay Agreement
1. Property
The homestay property is located in accordance to where you booked : (e.g. appliances, amenities and other provided items such as towels, linens, sports equipment, etc.)

2. Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of guests is stated in relation to each property on the property particulars. 

3. Term of the lease children
The homestay lease begins on the Check-in Date and ends at unless on Check-out Date. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in an additional late fee set at discussed in advance of the stay.

4. Minimum stay
This property requires minimum of 2 nights stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than days, the guest will be charged the night rate.

5. Rental rules
Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (attached below) at all times while at the property, and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while residing at the property.

The rental rules are as follows:

  • Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Guests who are found to have smoked may receive a negative review on Airbnb.

  • Pet Policy

Well-behaved and trained dogs are welcome at the Cottage. We have a limit of one large breed dog or two small breed dogs at any given time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds to avoid excessive shedding. If your dog is likely to bark and disturb the neighbours, please do not leave them in the house. Dog food and water bowls are provided, but please bring your own pet bed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs in the yard.

  • Parking Policy

Parking details will be sent via the welcome email. Please adhere to these rules. Please note Bronte Bungalow and Wuthering Cottage have specific parking instructions which need to be noted.

6. Access

Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least hours notice (unless in case of emergency).

7. Cancellation policy:

If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

  • 0% if canceled 14 days prior to the Check-in Date
  • 100% if canceled 14 or less days prior to the Check-in Date.
  • The Homeowner may also be entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken during rental period.

8. Insurance

We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

9. Payment

Payment will be taken through the payment gateway on this website.
